Creem processes and fulfills SayLive payments as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
SayLive may offer free access, trial credits, or limited preview features. Free access is provided so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Free credits, promotional credits, or trial access have no cash value and are not refundable.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account or used for SayLive features, including GPT-Live voice sessions, transcripts, chat, image, music, video, or other AI workflows.
If a technical billing error caused duplicate charges or credits were not delivered, contact us and we will review the issue.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals from your billing settings when available, or by contacting support.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are not refunded for partial billing periods after paid access has started. After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
