Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for SayLive purchases, including credits, subscriptions, and paid feature access. By purchasing SayLive paid services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Creem processes and fulfills SayLive payments as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.

Trial and Free Access

SayLive may offer free access, trial credits, or limited preview features. Free access is provided so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Free credits, promotional credits, or trial access have no cash value and are not refundable.

Credits and Usage-Based Purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account or used for SayLive features, including GPT-Live voice sessions, transcripts, chat, image, music, video, or other AI workflows.

If a technical billing error caused duplicate charges or credits were not delivered, contact us and we will review the issue.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals from your billing settings when available, or by contacting support.

Unless required by law, subscription payments are not refunded for partial billing periods after paid access has started. After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Eligible Refund Cases

We may approve a refund when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • A payment succeeded but the purchased credits or subscription were not applied.
  • A confirmed platform issue prevented access to the paid service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Credits or paid features have already been used.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not cancel before a renewal date.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • AI outputs did not match a subjective expectation, because generated results can vary.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us within 7 days of the charge and include:

  • The email address used for your SayLive account.
  • The order date and amount.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on Creem, the customer's bank or card network, and the customer's region.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of SayLive after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
