These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SayLive, available at https://saylive.lat. By accessing or using SayLive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

SayLive is an independent web-based AI product that provides access to GPT-Live voice experiences, live transcripts, language controls, chat, and creative AI tools. Features may include voice interaction, text chat, image generation, music generation, video generation, saved activity, account settings, and related AI workflows.

References to GPT-Live describe the voice technology used within SayLive. SayLive is the product and subscription brand. SayLive may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You may need to sign in with Google to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for all activity under your SayLive account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SayLive to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with the availability, performance, or integrity of SayLive.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the service beyond normal user access.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to use.

AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. SayLive does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated content, and how you use outputs from SayLive.

Intellectual Property

SayLive branding, interface, software, design, and service content are owned by SayLive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. GPT-Live and other third-party product names remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant SayLive the rights necessary to process, store, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Payments and Credits

Some features require SayLive credits and an active subscription. Prices, credit amounts, billing intervals, and annual charges are displayed before checkout. Creem processes and fulfills payments as the merchant of record and may handle billing support, taxes, cancellations, and eligible refunds.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, purchases may be non-refundable after credits or paid features are used.

Third-Party Services

SayLive may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, storage, and AI processing. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SayLive if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, or caused legal or security concerns. You may stop using SayLive at any time.
